    AWFUL EXPERIENCE, FIRST TIME CUSTOMER WITH A GENERATOR - SUCH A SIMPLE ISSUE TO FIX - SIMPLY TURNING THE CAP FROM OFF TO ON AND THEY CHARGED $35!! AS A GESTURE OF GOOD WILL THEY COULD HAVE WAIVED THE FEE OR CHARGED A TOKEN AMOUNT AS A NEW CUSTOMER AND NEW TO OWNING A GENERATOR.
